Above and beyond what was agreed on

I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the crew from Elite Chimney & Masonry. They were able to schedule an estimate quickly and arrived on-time for it. While they were out for the estimate, they took more time to evaluate the work needed than any of the other contractors. Their bid was in-line with other estimates and they were able to schedule a week out which was a big plus. They highlighted other things that would be good to do but outright told us to wait on one or two things and didn’t pressure us on any of it.

When it came down to the work, they were fast and did a good job of cleaning up. More than that, they went above and beyond what was agreed on. Without charging me any more, they fixed a couple of small issues that were uncovered once they were on site.

Add them to the list of contractors I’ll be calling back when we need more work done.
