Quickly and neatly

My rating is elevated to 5 stars based on how poor my experience was with another Chimney “service”. The fact that Elite not only showed up for the appointment but on the first try was a most welcome relief! In fact, Lenny even arrived a little early for the appointment which allowed me to leave the house earlier than expected. He was very polite and patient in answering my questions (my first sweep/inspection on my first home). He worked quickly and neatly. All of the visible creosote build-up was removed. I was also given some advice on what to watch for to prolong the life of my fireplace.

The price of the inspection was competitive with most other businesses I contacted. There was a little ‘sticker shock’ with a $75 option to reseal the top vent but I’m also cheap and do not have a basis of comparison …. :-/

Anywho, I highly recommend Elite as a company who 1) shows up! and 2) does a good job.
